At Chasing Dreams Independent Living Program, we believe everyone deserves a second chance and a safe place to rebuild their lives. We provide transitional housing and supportive services for individuals reentering society after incarceration, homelessness, or substance abuse recovery.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to help each client achieve self-sufficiency, stable housing, meaningful employment, and a successful reintegration into the community.
We offer more than just a roof over your head — we create a structured, supportive environment where residents can regain stability, develop life skills, and plan for a brighter future.
By combining affordable housing with personalized guidance and resources, we fill a critical gap in re-entry services. Our goal is to reduce recidivism, increase employment opportunities, and empower individuals to transition into truly independent living.
At Chasing Dreams, we don’t just provide housing: we provide hope, support, and a pathway forward
